Philip Holland Cars are recruiting a Trainee service advisor to join our team.
The ideal applicant will have an interest in the motor industry, and have good communication skills.
Training will be provided for the following:
- Used car sales vehicle preparation.
- Customer service
- Vehicle Bookings
- Warranty Claims
- Ordering of parts in line with operational needs and liaising with suppliers
- Pricing and invoicing jobs
- Keeping customers informed regarding vehicle progress
- Liaising with workshop for progress updates and parts ordering
- Responsible for used car sales vehicle preparation.
