Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Delivery Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. Hours of Work
- Monday to Thursday 8:00 - 4:30
- Friday 8:00 - 3:30
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vans or commercial vehicles to deliver products to customers and clients across designated routes
- Plan delivery schedules efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining safety standards
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and secure placement during transit
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips to ensure safety and compliance with regulations
- Assist with warehouse duties such as stock replenishment, inventory checks, and heavy lifting when required
- Communicate clearly with team members and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and warehouse activities for reporting purposes
Requirements
- Must have Full HGV (Class 1) Licence and up to date CPC.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role involving commercial driving
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws
- Physical ability to lift heavy items regularly as part of warehouse duties
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous for efficient stock handling and organization
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to follow routes accurately, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules

Pay: From £15.50 per hour
