Our client, a well-established and reputable independent main dealership in Hayes, is currently seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop. This Vehicle Technician position offers an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals looking to work within a professional, supportive environment. We are recruiting on behalf of our client to find a dedicated Vehicle Technician who is committed to high standards and delivering quality service.

- Up to £35,000 basic salary plus performance bonus
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 6pm
- 1 in 3 Saturdays, 8.30am – 1pm
- Working in an independent main car dealership environment

Duties:
- Performing service checks and routine maintenance
- Conducting repairs and diagnostics according to manufacturer standards
- Undertaking PDI work to high-quality standards
- Ensuring all work complies with manufacturer guidelines
- Maintaining the workshop’s cleanliness and organisation
- Assisting with additional tasks as required to ensure workshop efficiency
- Contributing to the dealership’s professional image and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair
- MOT licence is advantageous
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership or similar environment
- Strong work ethic with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of diagnostic equipment and modern automotive technology
- Motivated attitude with a desire to continually improve skills
