£25,000 to £60,000 plus substantial commission
Job Summary
We are hiring a driven Key Account Sales Manager to secure and grow exhibitors from the Middle East and North Africa for an established international fashion event held in the UK.
This role suits a commercially focused sales professional with strong regional knowledge, excellent relationship building skills, and full flexibility to travel across MENA markets and internationally when required. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Source, pitch, and close exhibitors across the Middle East and North Africa.
Build and manage strong exhibitor relationships through regular communication and in person meetings.
Travel across the region and internationally to meet clients, attend meetings, and support event growth.
Lead commercial negotiations and secure high value exhibition agreements.
Maintain an active sales pipeline using CRM systems.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a strong exhibitor experience for a UK based fashion event.
Requirements
Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within exhibitions, fashion, or international trade events.
Strong understanding of MENA markets and buyer behaviour.
Fluent Arabic and English are essential.
High level of flexibility and willingness to travel frequently.
Target driven, commercially focused, and confident in negotiations.
Able to work independently and manage accounts remotely.
