Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for applying paint, varnish, and other finishes to various surfaces, ensuring high-quality workmanship that meets our standards.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks as necessary.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard of quality and in accordance with project specifications.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and report any issues promptly.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while working on-site.
Requirements
- Proven experience in painting or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality work.
- Familiarity with different painting techniques and materials is advantageous.
- A willingness to learn new skills and techniques as necessary.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Pay: £14.00-£15.50 per hour
