About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Paint Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive painting and refinishing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles and panels for paint application, including sanding, masking, and priming.
- Mix paints accurately and ensure precise colour matching to manufacturer standards.
- Apply paint using spray guns and other professional equipment.
- Carry out minor body repairs as required prior to painting.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the spray booth and workshop area.
- Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures and industry best practices.
- Manage and store paints, materials, and equipment correctly to maintain quality and compliance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Vehicle Paint Technician.
- Proven expertise in automotive refinishing and paint application techniques.
- Strong knowledge of paint mixing, colour matching, and repair processes with
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and professional approach to customer and colleague interactions.
