Production Team Member – Late Shift
Here at Probox, we are a close-knit, hardworking and productive team, and we are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Production Team Member to join us.
You will be working in a modern production environment, helping to manufacture high-quality solid wood kitchen components. This is a varied and hands-on role, with plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and develop your experience within a growing manufacturing business.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has a good eye for detail and is keen to become a valued member of the team. Previous production experience is preferred, ideally within a wood machining, woodworking or assembly environment, although full training will be provided to the right candidate.

- Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment
- Good attention to detail and high standards of workmanship
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Previous woodworking, wood machining or assembly experience would be advantageous
Working Hours
Late Shift – Monday to Friday
2:30pm – 10:30pm
35 hours per week
There will be an initial minimum 8-week training period on the Day Shift before moving onto the Late Shift. Full details of the training period and transition to the Late Shift can be discussed at interview.
Late Shift Travel Budget
As an additional benefit, team members working past 10:00pm will receive a £10 per day Late Shift Travel Budget.
Quarterly Bonus scheme after successful Probation period.
