As Senior Brand Manager, you will have end-to-end ownership of the Kinder Ice Cream and Premium Sticks portfolio, ensuring the brands continue to outperform within an increasingly competitive marketplace. You will develop three-year strategic plans and annual marketing programmes that deliver sustainable growth while strengthening Ferrero's premium brand positioning. Through a deep understanding of consumers, shoppers and market trends, you will identify opportunities for innovation, portfolio development and category expansion.
You'll lead the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from concept through to execution, ensuring all activity is aligned across internal and external stakeholders. Working closely with Sales, Category Development, Finance, Supply Chain and Global Marketing teams, you will influence key commercial decisions, balancing consumer needs with business priorities to maximise both market share and profitability.
Alongside managing the marketing budget and brand performance, you will continuously evaluate campaign effectiveness, consumer insight and competitor activity to optimise future plans. You'll also build strong relationships with global teams, external agencies and manufacturing partners, ensuring consistent execution of brand strategy while maintaining Ferrero's high standards of quality and innovation.
