Customer Service Administrator

To support the ongoing growth of The Boxshop, we are looking for the right individual to join our Customer Service Team.
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you will be one of the first points of contact for our customers and will be expected to provide outstanding customer service when engaging with customers via telephone or email.
You will be an enthusiastic and dynamic person, have a natural ability to get on well with people and deliver a service that meets our customers' high expectations.
Previous experience in a business to business customer service role is required and within the packaging sector would be desirable.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers via email and telephone and providing them with information on products, orders, accounts and services.
- Liaise with and support external sales colleagues with account management.
- Processing orders, providing important information regarding any change in price of goods and services or shipping.
- Establish critical information from customers in order to process enquiries as well as explaining the services and products Boxshop can provide.
- Co-ordinating the service requirements of customers with the appropriate departments as necessary, to ensure excellent customer service.
- Taking ownership of and resolving any special requests, customer queries or complaints.
Skills
- Ability to help and engage with customers.
- Determination to overcome any obstacles to deliver the service our customers expect.
- Sound practical judgement of work priorities.
- Working knowledge of the MS-Office suite.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good decision making, IT and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain records timely and accurately.
