Duties
- Provide expert hair styling and barbering services tailored to each client’s preferences and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to hygiene and safety standards
- Build strong relationships with clients through friendly, professional communication
- Stay updated on the latest hair trends, techniques, and products to enhance service quality
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and operational flow
- Promote retail products and additional services to enhance the customer experience
Requirements
- Experienced in barbering and confident with all styles
- Excellent communication skills in English, capable of understanding client needs clearly
- Demonstrated customer service skills, ensuring clients feel valued and comfortable
- Knowledge of current hair trends, styling techniques, and grooming products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards
- Certification or licensing in barbering or cosmetology preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain necessary credentials if required
