We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to oversee our vibrant bar in Shanklin, South East. This permanent, full-time role is essential for maintaining high standards of service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The Bar Manager will be responsible for managing staff, inventory, and customer satisfaction, contributing significantly to the overall success of our hospitality establishment.
Responsibilities:

Supervise daily bar operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage and train bar staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Develop and implement innovative drink menus and promotions to enhance customer experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to hygiene standards.
- Prepare financial reports and manage budgets to optimise profitability.
Qualifications:
