As our creator network continues to expand, we're looking for a proactive, organised, and relationship-driven Creator Manager to help recruit, manage, and grow our portfolio of TikTok creators.

The Role
As a Creator Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing creators who work with our agency and brand partners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Recruiting and onboarding TikTok creators and affiliates.
- Building long-term relationships with creators and supporting their growth.
- Managing day-to-day creator communications via TikTok, WhatsApp, email, and other platforms.
- Coordinating campaigns between creators, brands, and internal teams.
- Tracking creator performance and helping optimise campaign results.
- Identifying high-potential creators using TikTok trends and analytics.
- Supporting live shopping campaigns and content planning.
- Maintaining accurate creator records and campaign reports.
- Working closely with our operations, account management, and content teams.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple creators and projects simultaneously.
- Understands TikTok, social commerce, influencer marketing, and creator trends.
- Is proactive, resourceful, and enjoys solving problems.
- Has experience in creator management, influencer marketing, talent management, sales, recruitment, or account management (preferred but not essential).
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Speaks fluent English (additional languages are a bonus).
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience with TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing.
- Have an existing network of TikTok creators.
- Have worked in influencer agencies, MCNs, talent agencies, or e-commerce.
- Understand creator performance metrics and TikTok analytics.
