Role Summary
We’re seeking a Junior Site Cleaning Manager to ensure high-quality operations and client satisfaction through effective team management and implementation of eco-friendly solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily cleaning operations and team performance
- Conduct quality checks, audits, and compliance monitoring
- Track and report on SLA and KPI performance
- Oversee management information reporting for performance analysis
- Collaborate with clients to meet site-specific requirements
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning or facilities management
- Strong leadership and client communication skills
- Knowledge of sustainability and health & safety practices
- IWFM or BICSc membership is a plus
