We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Part Time Operations and Asset Coordinator to support the effective operation, development, and growth of the business.
This role is responsible for coordinating office onboarding, assist in arranging training and accommodation, and ensuring operational equipment remains compliant and available for use. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient processes and providing administrative support across the organisation.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate fleet records, coordinate vehicle servicing, maintenance, inspections and repairs.
- Manage and maintain accurate asset register, track the location, condition , and lifecycle of company assets and conduct regular asset audits to ensure accuracy and any discrepancies.
- Schedule and coordinate the calibration and servicing of operational equipment, maintain calibration certificates and compliance documentation, and ensure all equipment meets company and regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain uniform inventory and stock levels, procure uniforms and coordinate the distribution, issue and return of uniforms.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new suppliers, maintain supplier documentation, certifications and agreements, and support supplier performance monitoring and record management.
- Assist in coordinating of employee training, including arranging training courses, maintaining training records, scheduling refresher training and organising accommodation for training .
- Assist in raising purchase orders for the Project Delivery Team for materials and supplies, monitoring and chasing suppliers of shortfalls and delivery dates.
- Receive and inspect deliveries against purchase orders, verify goods received, maintain accurate delivery and receipt records and liaise with suppliers to resolve shortages, discrepancies, delivery issues and returns.
Essential
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills, with knowledge of and proiciency in common office applications, such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook and general software navigation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
