AES Electrical & Compliance Ltd are seeking a PAT engineer to join their expanding team, carrying out testing across the North West. No previous experience required as full training will be provided.
Main Duties will include:
· Perform Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) on electrical equipment in accordance with the current edition of the IET code of practice
· Carry out visual inspections to identify any signs of damage
· Identify and document any failures or issues found during testing
· Maintain accurate records of all testing performed
· Provide recommendations for repairs or replacements of faulty equipment
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during testing procedures
· Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient testing processes
Requirements:
· Attention to detail and accuracy in recording test results
· Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to team members
· Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
· Full UK Driving licence
· Able to pass a DBS check
