We’re looking for resilient, adaptable and passionate Support Mentors / Teaching Assistants to support small classes of pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs across primary and secondary.

Support pupils in small group settings
- Build strong, positive relationships
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour
- Encourage engagement in learning
- Support emotional regulation and wellbeing
- Work closely with teaching staff
We welcome candidates with backgrounds in:
- Support Work
- Care Work
- Youth Work
- Teaching Assistant
- Individual Assistants
- Behaviour Mentoring
No school experience? No problem – transferable skills considered, if you've worked in any of the roles above.
