We are looking for a housekeeper to join our team at The Christopher Hotel in the heart of Eton, we are a recently refurbished boutique 33 bedroom hotel. We pride ourselves on our customer service and cleanliness so an eye for detail and holding yourself to a high standard is a must.
Working hours are generally 8 til 2, although there is some flexibility around this. We are offering a minimum of 30hrs per week across five working days. Weekend working is essential, rota's are sent out on a Tuesday or Wednesday for the following week.
The job includes cleaning guest rooms and public areas to a high standard, changing bedding, putting away laundry and sorting cupboards, adhering to the law in safe working practises and COSHH. We also ask that you occasionally assist other departments and sometimes work at our sister hotel - The Royal Adelaide.
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience
- Strong understanding of housekeeping standards and practices
- Janitorial experience in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
