LINE COOK WANTED – THE BEACON, SHREWSBURY
We’re looking for a solid, reliable Line Cook to join our kitchen team at The Beacon.
If you can handle a busy service, keep standards tight, and work well in a fast‑paced, friendly environment, you’ll fit right in.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running grill or fryer during service
- Keeping plates consistent and up to Beacon standards
- Staying calm and organised on busy football nights
- Helping with prep and keeping your station stocked
- Working clean, safe, and fast
- Communicating well with the team and supporting the brigade

- Experience on a hot line (grill/fryer essential)
- Good attitude, good pace, good standards
- Someone who turns up, works hard, and cares about the food
- Team player who can handle pressure without drama
