About the Role
We are working with a growing client expanding its Event Sales, Customer Acquisition, Promotional Marketing, and Customer Engagement team in Nottingham.
This is a face-to-face Event Sales Assistant role involving direct customer interaction, brand promotion, and customer acquisition through retail pop-up events, promotional campaigns, and busy public environments.
You'll represent client campaigns, engage with members of the public, introduce products, services, and promotions, and help support customer sign-ups and sales activities.
This opportunity is ideal for an individual who enjoys working with people, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to develop practical skills in sales, customer service, communication, and brand representation.
We welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, sports and fitness, marketing, fundraising, and graduate backgrounds, as these skills often transfer well into customer-facing roles.
No experience is required. Full training is provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing brands at retail pop-up events and promotional campaigns
- Speaking face-to-face with customers in busy public locations
- Promoting products, services, and current offers
- Providing information and answering customer questions
- Supporting customer acquisitions and sign-ups
