Families Connected are looking for caring and reliable individuals to join their vibrant team as a permanent staff member. The hourly rate is contracted at £13 - £14.50
The role is particularly busy after 3pm with family contacts for school aged children, if applying please ensure you are available after 3pm on weekdays and across the weekend.
Duties and responsibilities are to supervise the contact between families who have been separated from their child/ren due to a risk being identified. You will be required to ensure that the safety of the child is maintained and the child’s welfare promoted, at all time and to provide concise, relevant and accurate recording of contact sessions in line with service guidance and to carefully record communication and discussion, including between families and from other agencies and professionals.
The contact centre is located within minutes of Colliers Wood tube station and there is on site parking available.
