Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee daily operations at our store location. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining the overall organisation of the store. Duties
- Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Manage stock levels, merchandising, and visual presentation to optimise sales.
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to maximise revenue.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and safety within the store environment.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints efficiently using excellent communication skills.
- Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven management experience within retail or a related sector, with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in merchandising, sales management, and administrative tasks.
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated ability in team management, organisational planning, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of retail management systems and point-of-sale (POS) technology is preferred.

Pay: £34,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
