Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various residential and office based locations. Will also be cleaning of carpets and cookers in the residential properties. Approx 30-35 hours a week.
The role requires driving to various locations between Croydon, Guildford, Hackney, Dartford, Southend and some London areas when required. A company Van, phone and Fuel card is provided.
The start times are from 6am, flexible working hours due to nature of contracts.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces.
- Dust and wipe surfaces, including furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Dispose of waste and recycling materials appropriately.
- Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning tasks.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
- Deep cleaning of cooker and carpets.
Qualifications
- Full clean driving licence.
- Previous experience in cleaning is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting or moving objects.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or methods related to cleaning practices.
