About the Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you will:
- Create warm, nurturing relationships with children and families
- Support children's learning, development, and wellbeing
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive learning experiences
- Help children develop confidence, independence, and curiosity
- Work closely with colleagues to provide the highest standards of care and education
- Support children with additional needs and contribute to an inclusive environment where every child can succeed

What We're Looking For
You will have:
- A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- A positive, flexible, and caring approach
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- The right to work in the UK

About Moorlands Community Nursery
Moorlands Community Nursery is a modern, purpose-built setting located alongside Moorlands School in Bath. We provide high-quality care and education for children from birth to five years. Our dedicated team creates exciting learning opportunities both indoors and outdoors, encouraging children to explore, discover, and develop confidence through play.
