Kitchen Porter – Country Inn, Marlborough
Role Overview
We’re looking for reliable and enthusiastic Kitchen Porters to join our new Country Inn. You’ll be a vital part of the kitchen team, keeping everything running smoothly and supporting the chefs to deliver outstanding dishes and service. This is a great opportunity to start your career in hospitality and grow with a passionate, purpose-driven team.
Key Responsibilities
- Wash, clean, and maintain dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation and kitchen support tasks as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure hygiene standards are upheld
- Support the team during busy service periods, ensuring smooth kitchen operations
- Follow health and safety, food hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times
Who You Are
- Reliable, hardworking, and proactive
- Energetic and enthusiastic with a positive attitude
- Team-oriented and willing to help wherever needed
- Willing to learn and develop new skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential
