We're looking for an organised and proactive Compliance Administrator to join our fast-paced Facilities Management business. We provide planned and reactive engineering services to the hospitality sector across the UK, and compliance is at the heart of everything we do.

The Role
Working as part of our busy Compliance team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all compliance documentation relating to our engineers, subcontractors and clients is accurate, up to date and readily available.
This is a varied administrative role where you'll liaise with engineers, clients and internal departments to ensure we remain compliant with contractual, legal and industry requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance records for engineers, subcontractors and company certifications.
- Ensure insurance, accreditation and certification documents are current.
- Request, chase and file compliance documentation from engineers and subcontractors.
- Assist with audits by preparing and supplying required documentation.
- Monitor expiry dates and proactively arrange renewals.
- Update internal databases and compliance systems accurately.
- Produce compliance reports for management and clients.
- Work closely with Operations, HR and Fleet to maintain company-wide compliance.
About You
You'll be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a busy environment where priorities can change quickly.
Ideally you'll have:
- Previous administration experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- A confident and professional telephone manner.
- Good communication skills with both internal teams and external customers.
- A proactive approach and willingness to solve problems.
- Experience within Facilities Management, Engineering, Construction or Compliance would be advantageous but is not essential.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,500.00 per year
