We are now recruiting top-performing Solar Assessors to join our expanding team.

What You’ll Do
- Attend warm, qualified, inbound leads (no cold outreach)
- Complete property assessments (you’ll be fully trained)
- Explain the benefits, savings and system options
- Present proposals and answer customer questions
- Guide customers through the signup process
- Work towards weekly and monthly sales targets
- Handover the job to our account manager after the sale
This role is ideal for someone who loves meeting people, enjoys autonomy, and wants to earn a high income.
What We’re Looking For
You DO need solar experience. We will also train you. You DO need the following:
Essential:
- Previous sales experience (any industry, solar preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
- Motivated by high earnings
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Full UK driving licence
- Confident, positive, professional attitude
Bonus if you have:
- In-home sales experience
- Experience in renewable energy, home improvements, car sales, telecoms, financial sales, roofing, or utilities
Training Provided
We invest heavily in developing our assessors. Training includes:
- Solar system fundamentals
- How to calculate savings & ROI for customers
- Objection handling
- High-closing scripts
- On-site shadowing & coaching
Personal development & weekly skills training
Our goal is to give you the skills to become a £75k+ per year performer within your first 6–12 months.
