We’re looking for an organised and motivated Health Navigator to join Sunlight Group Practice, working across our two busy sites in New Ferry and Bromborough.
The role involves managing patient access and appointment demand across multiple platforms (including PATCHS), supporting the clinical team, and helping ensure a smooth day-to-day flow of care. This is a varied, fast-paced position suited to someone who takes pride in providing excellent service and clear communication.

Sunlight Group Practice is recruiting for Health Navigators to join our dedicated administrative and patient services team, working across both of our sites.

Our Health Navigators play a key role in helping us maintain our high standards of care and ensuring patients receive timely and efficient access to services.
The role is varied and fast-paced, ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality service and can adapt to changing priorities throughout the day.
Main duties include:
- Managing appointment demand – over the phone, in person, and through online consultation platforms (including PATCHS) as part of the triage team
- Face-to-face engagement with patients and healthcare professionals
- Handling incoming calls from patients and other services
- Providing a positive and professional patient experience
- Assisting with patient queries and signposting to appropriate services
- Promoting online consultation and digital access
- Managing referrals and recall/target lists
- Providing administrative support to the clinical team
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Liaising with secondary care, PCN teams, pharmacies and other service providers
- Working within practice guidelines and policies
About you:
You will be professional, adaptable, and confident in dealing with the public and colleagues alike. Strong communication skills, accuracy, and the ability to work well under pressure are essential to this role.
Experience:
Knowledge of EMIS Web and Docman 10 would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
