Duties
- Supervise daily bar operations, including food and beverage preparation, serving, and customer interactions
- Lead and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding hospitality and service excellence
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained
- Oversee food production processes, including cooking and food preparation to meet quality standards
- Train staff on food safety protocols, culinary techniques, and customer service best practices
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and company policies across all aspects of bar management
- Foster a vibrant atmosphere by creating engaging experiences for guests while maintaining operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting with team management responsibilities
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and culinary experience within bars or restaurants
- Knowledge of food safety standards and food production processes
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment with excellent hospitality skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Prior experience in hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable

Pay: £32,000.00 per year
