Are you organised, enthusiastic and looking to start or develop your career in the property industry? We're looking for a friendly and motivated Lettings Administrator to join our Stirling branch.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working with people, is keen to learn and wants to build a long-term career in lettings. Full training will be provided.
What you'll be doing:
- Responding to enquiries from prospective landlords and tenants by phone, email and in person.
- Booking and coordinating property valuations, viewings and appointments.
- Conducting property viewings.
- Managing property key and stock records.
- Supporting the lettings team with day-to-day administration.
- Promoting our range of property services and identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and services.
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is organised, proactive and has good attention to detail.
- Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems.
- Enjoys working as part of a team.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to their own car (essential).

You will be offered earnings of £26,000 per annum. Saturdays will be part of your 5 day working week, on a rotational basis. There are numerous employee benefits which include a company pension scheme.
