Move Physio and Precision Health are modern and welcoming health care clinics in the heart of Twickenham, and we're on the lookout for an organised and customer-focused receptionist to join our team across both sites.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys engaging with people, keeping things running smoothly, and creating a positive experience for our patients.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Greeting patients and making them feel welcome
- Managing phone calls and emails with professionalism and care
- Scheduling appointments and keeping our busy diary running smoothly
- Taking payments and liaising with insurance companies
- Keeping the clinic tidy and organised
- Supporting the physio team with admin
- Stock management

Who We're Looking For:
- A people person with great communication and customer service skills
- Someone who is reliable, organised, and thrives in a busy environment
- Comfortable handling calls, emails, and booking systems
- Basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reception or admin experience is a bonus, but not essential – we'll train you!
Please Note the Shifts Required:
To suit the needs of the clinics, applicants must be available for the following shifts:
- Early starts: 7:15am
- Evening finishes: 8:45pm
- Saturdays: 8:15am – 2:45pm
