We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and highly organised HETAS Stove Installer Team Leader to join our growing installation team.
This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys working in customers' homes, and can lead by example while maintaining the highest standards of installation and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and carry out high-quality wood-burning and multi-fuel stove installations.
- Supervise and guide an installation labourer, ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard.
- Carry out associated building works required as part of stove installations.
- Keep the installation van clean, organised and fully stocked with the necessary tools and installation equipment.
- Ensure all installations comply with HETAS regulations and current Building Regulations.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working in customers' homes.
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
- Be willing to work beyond normal finishing time when required to ensure installations are completed safely and professionally.
Essential Requirements
- Current HETAS Certification (essential).
- Provenexperience installing wood-burning and multi-fuel stoves.
- Previous site/construction experience.
- Good general building knowledge, including carrying out associated building work.
- General knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools.
- Ability to work at heights.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Clean, tidy and professional appearance.
- Positive attitude and excellent customer-facing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
