Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Night Porter, where your energy and attention to detail will ensure a safe, welcoming, and seamless experience for our guests overnight. In this vital role, you will oversee the front desk operations during the night shift, providing exceptional guest services while maintaining security and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and friendly experience
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to maintain safety and prevent unauthorized access
- Manage guest requests efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, incidents, and shift reports to ensure seamless communication between shifts
- Support the overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and communal spaces during your shift
- Must be able to work and serve on a bar confidently
Requirements
- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality environments, with a strong focus on guest services and security
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts while remaining alert and attentive to detail
- Knowledge of hospitality operations and procedures is preferred
- Flexibility to work overnight hours including weekends and holidays as needed
