A highly regarded and growing law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join its established team in Bedford.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a successful and supportive department handling a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters for an established client base across the region.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload whilst working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on a variety of commercial property transactions.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
- Acting for landlords and tenants in relation to leases, assignments, licences and renewals
- Supporting development and investment transactions
- Undertaking title investigations and due diligence exercises
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial property documentation
- Advising corporate clients on property aspects of business transactions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, agents and other professionals
- Assisting with business development and networking activities
- Ensuring matters are progressed efficiently whilst delivering exceptional client service
The Candidate
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' PQE in Commercial Property
- Experience managing a broad range of commercial property transactions
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
- Ability to manage files independently with appropriate supervision
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Proactive and organised approach to case management
- Ambition to develop and progress within a well-respected firm
