Ora Dental is one of Birmingham's fastest-growing fully private dental practices, and we're looking for an ambitious, commercially driven Patient Sales Coordinator to join our expanding sales team.
This is not a traditional reception role. We're looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, converting enquiries into patients, and delivering an exceptional customer experience whilst working towards measurable targets.
Every lead that comes into the practice represents an opportunity. Your role will be to understand the patient's needs, build trust, communicate treatment options confidently, overcome objections and guide patients through to booking treatment.
If you enjoy speaking to people, are motivated by targets, and want a role where your performance directly influences your earnings and career progression, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
This is a highly commercial position operating within a premium private dental practice.
You'll become responsible for managing patient enquiries and ensuring every patient receives an exceptional experience whilst maximising conversion opportunities.
Success in this role is measured through structured KPIs, regular performance reviews and ongoing coaching. We believe in rewarding high performers and providing genuine opportunities for progression as both you and the practice continue to grow.

- Manage inbound telephone enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
- Follow structured sales processes to maximise conversion rates.

- Manage patient pipelines and maintain consistent communication.
- Work closely with clinicians to improve treatment acceptance.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records within Dentally.
- Deliver a premium front of house experience for patients attending the practice.
- Provide occasional clinical support where required.
What We're Looking For?
- GDC Registered Dental Nurse (preferred requirement).
- Excellent dental knowledge and understanding of private dentistry.
- Exceptional telephone manner.
- Confident communicator with natural sales ability.
- Comfortable discussing treatment costs and finance.
- Motivated by targets and performance.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to improve and develop.
Desirable
- Previous sales or treatment coordinator experience.
- Experience using Dentally.
- Experience using Tabeo finance.
- Experience within a fully private dental practice.
Performance & Development
This role operates with clearly defined KPIs across multiple areas, including:
- Telephone performance
- Lead conversion
- Consultation bookings
- Treatment acceptance
- Patient experience
- Diary utilisation
- Follow-up effectiveness
- Individual contribution to practice growth
Performance is monitored through structured weekly and monthly reviews, providing continuous coaching, support and development.
Salary & Rewards
We believe exceptional performance should be rewarded.
Alongside a competitive basic salary, you'll have access to an attractive performance bonus scheme linked to both individual and practice success. As Ora Dental continues to grow, there will be significant opportunities to increase both your responsibilities and your earning potential.
This is a role for someone looking to build a long-term career—not simply find their next job.
