All About Eve Bridalwear is one of South Wales' leading bridal retailers, with award-winning boutiques in Newport and Cardiff. We pride ourselves on delivering an unforgettable bridal experience, helping every bride find the dress of her dreams in a warm, welcoming and luxurious environment.
As our business continues to grow, we're looking for an experienced Bridal Consultant to join our Newport & Cardiff teams.
The Role
This is a full-time position based in our Newport boutique. You'll guide brides through one of the most memorable experiences of their lives, building genuine relationships while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Weekend working (Saturday and Sunday) is an essential part of this role.
What We're Looking For
Previous bridal retail experience is essential.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Bridal Consultant or in bridal retail
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Outstanding customer service with a warm, friendly personality
- A passion for sales and delivering exceptional experiences
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confidence using technology and digital booking systems
- A professional appearance and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of your rota
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
What You'll Do
- Welcome brides and create an exceptional appointment experience
- Help brides find their perfect wedding dress and accessories
- Build rapport with brides and their guests
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets
- Maintain high presentation standards throughout the boutique
- Manage appointments, customer records and follow-up communications
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding service
