Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Part Time Painter to join our team. This role will mainly involve hand painting kitchen units, finishing worktops aswell as other duties that may be required such as general lifting/labouring and lifting. You will be working in a busy cabinetry workshop within a larger team. This role is based completely in the workshop and travel to other sites will not be needed for this job.
Duties
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming prior to painting
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes and rollers
- Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and safety
- Protect kitchen units by covering furniture, floors, and fixtures during painting tasks
- Lifting and loading kitchen units around the workshop, helping others lift material.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding project progress and requirement
Skills
- Experience or interest in construction painting or related trades is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
- You ideally need to be local to, or be easily available to commute to Wetherby west Yorkshire.
- Good command of English language for clear communication with clients and team members
- You must be fit and strong to lift the units, load and unload.

- We are willing to left you choose your own 20 hours within our given time frames. These can be changed with prior consultation. The hours we work are;
>Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm
>Friday 8am-4pm
>Saturdays 9am-1pm

Pay: Up to £12.71 per hour
