Telesales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist
£15hr + commission — OTE £20hr | Part-time | Mon–Thu, 10am–2pm | Office Based

Road Angel is looking for energetic, ambitious and highly motivated individuals to join our growing team. You'll be representing one of the UK's most recognised names in dash cam, tracking and telematics technology — and you'll have a genuinely exciting product to talk about.
This is not a passive customer service role. We want people who can confidently pick up the phone, engage prospects, build relationships and generate results. Top performers can significantly increase their earnings through commission — ambitious candidates thrive here.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Generating high-quality leads and sales opportunities
- Following up enquiries and maintaining customer contact
- Sending information and quotations promptly
- Managing customer records accurately using CRM and Excel
- Scheduling and diarising follow-up calls
- Building strong relationships with customers
- Achieving and exceeding performance targets
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Confident, persuasive and articulate telephone manner
- Strong listening and negotiation skills
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using Excel, email and CRM systems
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive, energetic and driven personality
- Previous telesales, lead generation or sales experience is desirable but not essential — we will back the right person

- £16.00 per hour — OTE £20–22/hr with commission
