About the role
We're a UK marketing agency working with car customisation businesses — window tinting, wrapping, interior lighting and custom styling shops across the country.
We generate the leads. We need a closer who can turn them into booked jobs.
This is warm inbound only. No cold calling. Every person you contact has already filled in a form asking about work on their own car. Your job is to ring them, build rapport, handle the objections and get them booked into the shop's diary.
Right now we're generating hundreds of leads a month across our clients and converting far fewer of them than we should. We need someone who can actually close.
What you'll be doing
- Calling warm inbound leads, usually within minutes of them enquiring
- Following up across WhatsApp, SMS and email until they're booked or a definite no
- Handling price objections and closing the booking
- Owning a dedicated set of 3–4 clients so your results are clearly yours
- Keeping the CRM updated with every conversation and booking
You'll be working UK business hours.
What we're looking for
- Proven phone sales experience. Automotive, solar, home improvements, double glazing, insurance, telecoms, gym memberships — anything high-ticket over the phone. Tell us what you sold and what you achieved.
- Confident asking for the sale. You're comfortable pushing for the booking, not just answering questions.
- Clear, confident spoken English. This is a phone role and it's the most important requirement.
- Self-motivated. You'll be remote and trusted to get results without someone watching you.
- Reliable internet, a quiet place to make calls, and a decent headset.
Interest in cars is a bonus but genuinely not essential — we provide full product training. What we can't train is the ability to sell.

- 15% commission on the profit you generate — uncapped
- £100 bonus for hitting your monthly target
- Realistic earnings £2,000–£3,500/month once you're up to speed. The ceiling is entirely down to you.
