We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team and support our service user in Barnham (PO22). You’ll work in a dynamic and fulfilling environment where every day brings new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on people’s lives.
You will be supporting a bright and bubbly six-year-old at home and in a school setting, helping them to live a full and enriched life.
This young person is lively and engaging, with a love for music, toys, and exploring the world around them. They have a rare chromosomal condition (Trisomy 5p) and require consistent, specialist support from a compassionate and attentive care team.
Duties
- As a registered nurse in this package of care you will:
- Support your service user with their physical care needs, including personal care, mobility, nutrition, and comfort.
- Deliver person-centered care according to bespoke care plans.
- Promote independence and respect each service users spiritual, psychological, and cultural needs.
- Maintain accurate care records.
- Assist with communication between patients, their families, and healthcare professionals.
- Administer prescribed medication or clinical tasks after completing our advanced training and competency sign off.
- Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the Regional Nurse Manager.
- Contribute to a supportive, high-standard care environment.
Experience (Please note that whilst experience in these areas are desirable, we will provide service user specific training).

School support is Monday-Thursday 8am - 4pm (term time only)
Friday shifts are variable hours all year round. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability for extra shifts.

Pay: £30.00-£50.00 per hour
