Job Summary
This is a fantastic opening for a motivated Lettings Negotiator to work in a busy lettings department and help grow an already successful business. Although primarily a Letting Negotiator roll, our ideal candidate would have relevant experience in both Lettings and Sales as a negotiator. The role offers the chance to work with a respected independent brand, developing business while delivering excellent service to clients across East London and West Essex.

Responsibilities
- Developing the local Lettings Department
- Securing new instructions and growing market share
- Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships
- Ensuring compliance with lettings regulations and legislation
- Managing properties across a broad price spectrum, including prime markets
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator
- Proven track record in winning instructions and growing business
- Strong leadership and team motivation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Local knowledge of East London and West Essex areas preferred
- ARLA qualification desirable but not essential
- Full UK driving licence and car required
