Salary: £25,750 base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000+)
Hours: 8:45am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Whiteley
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to businesses to understand their requirements and create tailored solutions.
- Build, develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Listen carefully to customer needs and present suitable products and services.
- Negotiate pricing, costs, delivery and specifications with customers and managers.
- Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM system.
- Manage existing business accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Follow a proven sales process and scripted approach to maximise success.
