We’re a growing Aberdeen-based business looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper / Part-Time Financial Controller to take ownership of our finance function.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the day-to-day accounts while providing financial insight to support the owner in making informed business decisions. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, organised, commercially aware and enjoys being part of a growing business.
Key responsibilities:
● Day-to-day bookkeeping and bank reconciliations
● VAT returns and payroll
● Month-end accounts and management reporting
● Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow
● Providing financial insights and supporting business growth
● Maintaining accurate financial records and improving processes where needed
About you:
● Experienced in bookkeeping or financial management
● Confident working independently
● Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
● Experience with Xero is preferred
● Positive, practical and keen to help a growing business succeed

Pay: £40,000.00 per year
