Overview
We are seeking a dedicated stock replenishment assistant to join our team in a busy retail environment. Required to work 35-45 hours/week in our Saundersfoot Retail Outlet. It will involve weekend work. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our inventory is well-stocked and organised, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers. This position requires strong organisational skills, effective time management, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and the ability to use their initiative in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Help with opening and closing the shop.
- Assist in the cleanliness and organisation of the shop, ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock as needed to ensure optimal product availability.
- Utilise time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively throughout the day.
Requirements
- Experience in a similar role or environment is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
