The Role
We are looking for reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Multi Drop to join our growing Dundee team.
You will be responsible for safely delivering parcels to residential and commercial customers while maintaining excellent customer service. Routes are pre-planned, and you'll work with modern delivery technology to help you complete your day efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Complete multi-drop parcel deliveries safelyand efficiently.
- Load and unload your vehicle each day.
- Follow a planned delivery route using a handheld device.
- Deliver excellent customer service at every stop.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks.
- Adhere to all road safety and company procedures.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude.
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
- Physically fit and able to lift parcels safely.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Previous multi-drop or delivery experience is desirable
