We are looking for a Handy Man to join our team and provide general maintenance services to our premises. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, gardening and general repairs. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field, be able to work independently and efficiently, and have excellent problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and has a passion for providing quality service.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain plumbing systems.
- Perform general carpentry work.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems.
- Perform minor painting and drywall repairs.
- Repair and maintain heating and cooling systems.
- Install and repair flooring, tile, and other surfaces.
- Carry out audits - fire, environment and equipment
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.71 per hour
