Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the shop, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations - SFBB+
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to employees
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as necessary
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organised shop environment
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for business growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Hospitality or culinary qualifications are preferred
