· Delivering exceptional customer service
· Providing knowledge about the carefully selected products we provide
· Serving cakes and making coffee
· Respecting the industry leading machinery we work with, coffee machine, grinder and how to maintain them.
· Running the shop floor, delivering food and drink to tables
· Working on the Till taking orders, and managing the play bookings.
· Opening the shop and dialling in the coffee machine
· Cleaning the shop this including the loos and play area during the day according to the cleaning schedules.
· Maintaining good housekeeping
· Accepting deliveries during working hours
· Compliance with company policy’s that in place
.AVAILABULITY TO WORK SATURDAYS AND SUNDAYS
