Atlas Workplace Services is looking for a Helpdesk Advisor to join our friendly and supportive team in Milton Keynes.
What you'll be doing
✅ Handling inbound calls and emails from a diverse range of customers
✅ Logging and managing service requests accurately
✅ Liaising with engineers, sub-contractors and internal teams
✅ Keeping customers updated on the progress of their requests
✅ Providing a professional, helpful and positive customer experience every time
What we're looking for
Excellent communication skills

Strong organisation and attention to detail
A team player who enjoys delivering great customer service
Experience in customer service, retail, contact centres or a helpdesk environment would be advantageous, but it's not essential — we'll provide all the training you need.
