Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Lettings Negotiator to join our team. This energetic role involves engaging with prospective tenants, managing property viewings, and facilitating smooth lettings processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Engage with prospective tenants via phone, email, and in person to understand their housing needs and preferences
- Conduct property viewings and showcase available rental properties effectively
- Negotiate lease terms and rental agreements with tenants to secure successful lettings
- Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy documentation and updating property listings
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all leasing processes are completed efficiently
- Support marketing efforts by promoting available properties across various channels
Requirements
- Proven administrative experience with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage confidently with clients and team members
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-moving environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Knowledge of the lettings process and relevant legal requirements is a plus but not essential; training will be provided

Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
