The role of Executive Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management, including diary and email management
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required
- Organise travel arrangements and itineraries for executives
- Handle confidential documents and ensure efficient filing systems are maintained
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate seamless communication
- Support the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Manage office supplies and oversee general administrative duties
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
The ideal Executive Assistant:
- Proven experience in a similar administrative or secretarial role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail
- Professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion
